MENTAL HEALTH & SUBSTANCE USE

Here, you will find resources that can help with messaging and response to topics and concerns related to mental health, wellness, and substance use during the pandemic. This tab includes websites, programs, social media messaging and more.

You can also access more resources through the digital PHAC Mental Wellness Supports toolkit here. It includes the Wellness Together Canada (WTC) portal, available resources and services for diverse audiences, social media shareables, and guidelines on safe messaging.
