Registration on Onehealth portal is limited to healthcare workers employed at health facilities in First Nations communities. Your regional site administrator will contact you to verify your employment status within 5 business days after submitting your form, and you will receive your login information by Work Email that you provide on this form. Please note that it may take more time if you don't provide your Work Email information.
